We as a company have now been using Northgate for a while and the Stockton depot are a breath of fresh air in the rental industry.
Any issue we have isn't a problem and the depot will always try to do everything possible to help. All of the staff are polite and sympathetic to our issues and do everything they can to get us back moving.
Jordan who works in there always does everything in his power to go the extra mile for us.
