What a load of clowns ! Applied for sim only deal, gave all personal details and bank account details, went through credit check and was asked for driving licence details which I don’t have because I don’t drive - order cancelled!! Can’t have sim only deal from o2 if you don’t drive a car 😂😂😂😂😂

02 what happened to you? Been with you years you’ve been great and now linked with Virgin you seem to have lost the plot. Absolutely fed up being in the ‘access’ loop in verification mode and every time I certify and go back to app I get the same ‘sent an email to you please verify’…. Yes verified…back to site…please verify. So I cannot access my app, have no idea what my balance is. Visited a couple of shops - two o2 people were fabulous and explained ‘yes there’s a problem let me try and help. They did and I got in…..once then back to the problem. The other time a manager simply patronised me as I clearly to him had no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t not care less I had no clue how to get into the app!! Moving ..

Confused oldie !
Well, mostly because your service leaves me lost most days, as a single retired pensioner there are a list of things I cant get due to some sort of security, Fanbase for one, Im invited on, but my service tells me this site has no security notice or words to that effect ? coupled with this, I have no idea who to ring about it,

Left these clowns as they screwed up my contract whilst working with Mobilephones.com, Sold me a deal that didn't work in the USA, i cancelled but they decided to put me onto a more expensive deal rather than roll me back to the original, i cancelled and they took £830, after many calls and hours on chats they agreed it was done incorrectly and said they would refund me, Customer Mobile Number: 07828505614

Little or no phone signal.
Little or no phone signal for some time, (out in the country) along with unnecessary price increase not appreciated. Slowly but surely becoming a poor service to be with. Will be considering all options when contract expires early next year. O2 may have improved services for many, but not me, so would not advise people to join them.

Saying they have tried calling when they havent lie after lie after lie , also then saying we are a COMMUNICATIONS COMPANY WHO CANNOT PHONE YOU - THAT IS A JOKE AND COMPLETE OP OUT - NO 02TAC TEXTS FOR OVER 2 YEARS - PROMISE THE OMBUDSMAN THAT THEY WILL SORT IT THEN EXCUSE AND LIES - i see i am not the only one having problems with this poor excuse of a " Communcations Company" , saying they cant phone you is an absolute cop out - should be banned - its a lazy business anyone who says that or says this email address cannot respond to problems - shows the state of the UK with shocking companies like this allowed to trade ...........................
