Very professional and would highly recommend. Dr Xu was very skilled but also humorous when I was there, generally exceptionally nice. Dr Xu asked me a lot of questions before the procedure so that she could do it to the best of her ability; before she also looked closely at my skin to recommend what was best for me. Dr Xu was very gentle when injecting into my skin. The pain was minimal and the results were good. Even after a day, I can already see some results after 1 visit. Definitely satisfied and would visit again in a months time.

I am so glad that I have chosen Dr Tracy to treat my skin problem. I have acne since teenage and now I am 33. I have tried hundreds of products and non of them made any significant change. I had my first consultation appointment with Dr Tracy in January. She explained to me the causes of my acne (as well as spots and scars etc), from my lifestyle, what I eat to the product I was using. She then sent me a summary with some suggestions and recommendations. I made my decision to follow Dr. Tracy's treatment plan in February. After 3-month, I do not have any active acne left. Then I started to treat the spots and scars. After reviewed by Dr. Tracy, she suggested me to go for Profhilo.(it is a kind of injectable hyaluronic acid to make skin healthier...not filler). The course has two treatment, but I found my skin sooooooooo much better 3 weeks after the 1st treatment. I would say, I've never seen my skin so good since I was 13. By the way, I was scared of facial injection before I have done this. She tried her best to comfort me. The way she did was fast, painless (she applied some numbing cream as I remember), and not scary at all (surprisingly).

I was lucky enough to visit Dr Tracy. She is professional and check my skin very carefully. I chose the Profhilo treatment by her suggestion. She injected me 5 times on each side of my face to offer "maximum diffusion across the face with a reduced risk of bruising." I noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin, and it gave me back that much-longed-for glow I’d been lacking.
