Damaged the property during the installation. Don't send building regulations certificate. Never collected the rubbish for weeks after the works took place. Claimed to give it a deep clean, never really happened.

New Windows
I had a great experience with Planet, as I had a new front door fitted earlier this year and then decided to have all my windows renewed. They completed the job very quickly and the quality was exceptional.
I did have one issue with the frosted window in the Bathroom as you could see through a very tiny hole, but because it was in my eyeline I could see it all the time. They had no hesitation in replacing this pane, which is due to be installed shortly.
I always like to use a local business if I can.

Superb swift service
Made a call due to lack of response from another company. Advised about Planet so made the call. Rep was here in a few days. Knew his stuff. Guided me on window design which was different from what i thought i wanted but seeing it virtually on the computer it was clear he was right. Few days after the surveyor turned up. 6 weeks later wi ndows fitted on the date given. Luckily no manufacture delays. Two lads turned up so ftoendly. Windows fit. Left clean and tidy. Couldnt have been a more simple and streamlined service. More windows and doors to do next year and i will without doubt go to Planet SL. Girl in showroom fab too who took my payment.

I decided that I could not spend…
I decided that I could not spend another winter with draughty kitchen windows and a back door which I could see fresh air around . Now I have a very smart back door and kitchen windows and no draughts! I'm delighted with the results . Planet were very professional from the initial consultation. I was especially impressed with the surveyor's visit to check the proposed job and ensure there would be no surprises at the time of fitting.

Great experience with them, although have used them before. Great service and products.
From start to finish they did an excellent job and the salesman Andy was really helpful with ideas regarding the design of the windows that we hadn't considered. We had all the windows and a door replaced in tranches over a year and each time the fitters were very efficient and tidied up afterwards. The house looks new now.

2nd time I've used the company
2nd time I've used the company. Office staff pleasant to deal with, quick and easy process from getting a quote to installation. A bit mislead re having brickwork done and plastering internally but it's a really good job and I'm very happy with the finished look.

Replacement Windows
From start to finish the communication was excellent, nothing was too much trouble, and even the surveyor took his time, listened and then confirmed to us the changes that we asked for. When the windows were installed Austin was extremely professional, polite and treated our home with respect. UPVC sash windows
Getting my replacement sash windows was great from start to finish! I didn’t really know what to ask for but Planet were so helpful and knowledgeable. The showroom was great for a look around, and the home visits for measuring etc. gave even more opportunity to ask questions.
My windows were done within two days (all on time and according to schedule) and I love them (I’ve already had compliments from the neighbours!). The fitters were friendly and professional and really tidy too! I’d definitely recommend Planet and I’d use them again without doubt.
