Having used the sister company for wooden blinds and roller blinds, I’m not new to this company. However this is the first time having a Roman blind from them and I’m happy to say that the quality and service has yet again been brilliant. I sent for some samples, which arrived quickly, to help me choose the right fabric. Ordering was easy and although this blind took a little longer than usual, I’m very happy with my order. Ive always bought my window dressings from this company for years and I will continue to do so in the future. I highly recommend to all

Having high expectations for the quality of the products received ( 2 set of curtains and one set of roman blinds), I was very disappointed to find that the stitching on the curtains was visibly creased and uneven. This flaw not only detracts from the overall appearance but also undermines the value I expected from this purchase. I believe this is a manufacturing defect and not in line with the standards of quality advertised. I spent a lot of money on these items!

From ordering to delivery was reasonably quick. However, I did have to chase for updates.

Very frustrating and disappointing ! Placed an order beginning of Dec - the advertised delivery window is not to be trusted and now 6 weeks later after chasing (and chasing and chasing) I discover the product is not in stock despite having been advertised) advertised as such b) reassured my blinds were under production.

This is the 4th time I have used Roman Blinds. My latest blinds are fabulous. They are well made and good value for money and they arrived in a timely fashion.

There is a few weeks from ordering to delivery but worth the wait.
Made to measure, great quality curtains and lining. Tried a few off the shelf from online high street stores but material quality and workmanship was poor.

Positives - I was very pleased with the colour and the material. The blind looks really nice and goes well with my decor. Delivered within the estimated time given.

Negatives - Extremely poor quality brackets which would not lock into place correctly and had to be manually adjusted to hold the blind in place. The brackets were not strong enough to hold the headrail and the weight of blind.
