I placed and paid for this order. I was then told that the roofing tiles were unavailable and the order was cancelled. What more can be said.

Guttering items despatched quickly and well packaged. Would definitely use again.

I rang to check stock level and was told only one available. Immediately ordered on line approximately 9.30am, item delivered by Fedex 2 days later.

We ended up paying an additional £25 because our order value was under £50!! Plus postage, so beware. This was not made very clear when placing the order. Never known this practise carried out by any other on-line seller. Very disappointed. Can't comment on the product as we haven't received it yet.

Very helpful on the phone, easy to transact online, goods have been delivered in the promised time scale and the delivery driver was extremely helpful & unloaded our tiles to put them in a safe place in our absence. Very good experience with this company.

I have ordered online the slates for our garage roof; the transport was organised fast and delivery was on time, no complications at all. After a good and prompt service by roofstores, I am happy to recommend it as excellent.

Twice I’ve ordered, we’ll tried to order materials. Twice they’ve since been out of stock.

The reason for the 1 star review is that the first time, fair enough, it’s a mistake. However the item was readded as ‘in stock’ so I reordered. only to be told it was out of stock again. I can only say they’re doing it intentionally to sell partial orders.

Very good service and quick delivery. Selling stock online that is available unlike some other companies that take your money and then notify you they don’t have stock available and there is a long lead time. Real pleasure to do business with, thank you.

Sent goods to incorrect address , waited in two days then had to collect from depot.
Advised but had no comment back.

To confirm Roof Stores put the wrong address on the package that is why it could not be delivered

Past from person to person! 3 attempts to deliver a velux window and still not delivered. Paid someone to be on site to take delivery and to fit window and let down yet again!!! My project is now way behind and over budget i would not recommend using the company! I couldn’t be more annoyed and let down! Velux shaped hole in my roof and paid months ago… thanks roof stores 👍🏼

Accepted order and took payment, then immediately refunded as the item was not in stock. This was at least done quickly, but it still wasted my time.

I would deal with this company again, unfortunately they did not have stock on the items I wanted, but the staff were excellent dealt with my query quickly. Will trust this company again.
