No customer service what so ever. Took my money and clearly had no stock. Did not communicate with me at all. I had to ring several times to find out where my order was and then asked for a refund as they could not deliver it. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

You were informed at the time of delivery that the lead time may be a little bit longer than expected due to massively increased demand. We also contacted you multiple times to keep you in the loop on this (we have emails both to and from yourself).
The stock was a day delayed and we informed you of this but on the day it was supposed to arrive you then contacted and asked for a refund which we immediately processed (even though it was on the vehicle that day to arrive with you)
I'm sorry you were unhappy with our service but we feel we have done all that we can in this situation.

Paid for delivery within 3 working days…
Paid for delivery within 3 working days and the goods still haven’t arrived plus no confirmation that the courier has picked up my order, have emailed to follow up but no response as yet (days 5 after order) . Getting a little concerned but hanging in there

I ordered a number of items and paid for them believing them to be in stock, a couple of days later I received an email stating that the website had problems and the items that I had ordered would not be available for 12 weeks. Waste a couple of hours of my time dealing with the order not impressed

We don't have any record of anyone telling you your order would arrive on Monday? You ordered on the 13th May. Our lead time is 3 working days from this date (if ordered before midday).
That means your expected date was Wednesday 19th May. It is regrettable that it arrived a day late and we do apologise about this but you received your order in full with no other issues. The 1* review may be a bit harsh but you are entitled to your opinion.

Checked stock was in and ordered…
Checked stock was in and ordered online. No issues straightforward. Delivery within 3 days (ordered friday evening delivered wednesday). Called by courier and they left it in a perfect location, couple of cracked tiles (as expected) so had ordered 5 extra as contigency. Best bit was they had the stock and delivery in the stated time. can't ask for more.
