After looking around local roofing companies i found roof stores online i made my order on wednesday and i got it delivered monday morning.
Highly recommend ill be using this company again.

Hi, I ordered and paid for two separate orders over different weeks only to be informed the next day that the item wasn't in stock even though it said they were!!!
Surely the availability of the product should

We do have a warning on the batten page when you place orders to prepare you for that rather than our usual 3-5 working day delivery turnaround, that may be longer.
"Please be aware that due to current supply issues lead time for batten products may be increased. We apologise for any inconvenience"
Unfortunately there is an extremely high demand for the Batten at the moment and it isn't coming into stock as regularly as before and during those particularly busy periods, lead times are extended.
In this case, the lead time of 12 weeks was given to you. We apologise if you aren't happy with that but you were given fair warning that lead times on batten have the potential to change.

I hope I can clarify this;
Your payment allocates stock to you and in 99% of cases it means that we can provide the stock in 3 working days. I'm afraid that isn't always possible. With the increased demand due to national shortages and changing lead times from the suppliers, there are sometimes occasions when lead times are extended, as was the case with yours.
It's unfortunate that you found this to be the case and as it states in our Delivery T&C's we informed you as soon as the extended lead time came to our attention.
It is regrettable that you are not pleased with this. Please accept our apologies.

The lead time on batten is very long at the moment so we had no other alternatives but to refund you for this order.

I ordered wood from this company. It said the wood was in stock. Next day I had an email to say they did not have the wood that I had ordered. I was pretty annoyed as they had still taken the money!! I did get a refund but was to late for me to order from a different company for the project I needed them for
