Thought the price too good to be true
Thought the price too good to be true - a quarter of some other suppliers but risked it anyway. Items arrived within two days, much less delay than the five working days promised. My only complaint is the time it took to fight my way through the bubble wrap in which each tube was individually packed! Great service and incredible value.

I was hoping to give a far better review than my initial experience after the sales team tried to assist me, however given the damaged tiles in my order and the promise to replace these (over 2 weeks ago) no yet arriving I only wish I'd gone to a reputable building supplies company. Never mind...you learn from experience

After your initial 1* feedback we spoke and you said you were actually really happy with our service after we explained that what you had claimed wasn't entirely accurate. (see our response to your initial feedback)
According to our T&C's, 2 tiles being damaged on an order would not normally constitute free replacements as it's within the 'acceptable' range however, as a sign of good will, we had these sent out via a courier within an hour of you explaining to us there was an issue.
It is unfortunate that you claim the courier has misplaced the parcel but once again your 1* feedback is the first we'd heard that there was an issue as you had not contacted us. If you contact us as soon as an issue arises we can do more to rectify it.
You can see from our outstanding feedback that issues like this are not frequent.

Had some roof slate delivered…
Had some roof slate delivered unfortunately 1 was broken but i emailed them and got a very quick response and a replacement was sent out immediately! Can't fault the customer service or the speed in which they dispatch and deliver. The break wasn't down to poor packaging either as they were all individually wraped to a very good standard would certainly recommend and use again without a doubt
