As a novice rang and spoke to a very friendly and efficient Katy. She talked me through all the relevant points after ascertaining what ropes was being used for.

Surprised hen she told me final cost, far below what I thought I would be spending. Order confirmed by email with pro forma invoice showing all dimensions, exactly as discussed. Then even more surprised to receive the goods by 11.00am the following day.

This company went above and beyond good service. When I wanted to try a Clingon reusable eyelet to see if it was suitable for what I needed it they agreed to sell and send just 1 single one for me to try. It arrived next morning. Then I ordered a dozen more as they are brilliant. That afternoon and they too turned up next morning. Great product even greater service.

Could not have received better service from Ropelocker! I ordered a length of rope for use as a skipping rope. When the order didn’t arrive after two weeks, l contacted Ropelocker who immediately posted another length. Eventually both packages turned up but not being an expert on ropes, the type of rope chosen was not suitable. Ropelocker immediately selected a suitable rope and posted it to me completely free of charge. As a result, I intend to donate £10 to a charity which helps to restores the sight of children in Africa. Many thanks Ropelocker!
