Absolutely rubbish
They scam people awful service

The staff need training in the Watford shop as they ain't got a clue about embargo app they just looked at my like i was a complete sausage why fo an app and not train your staff on it

I ordered from this restaurant yesterday through Just Eat and was really disappointed. I ordered a “rich chicken” dish, but there was not a single piece of chicken in it — completely unacceptable.

I decided to give them another chance today, but it’s even worse. It’s been nearly 2 hours and my order is still showing as “preparing,” and it’s now almost midnight.

Poor quality and extremely poor service. I won’t be ordering again. Avoid if you expect basic standards to be met.

Ordered from Sam's chicken Holloway after seeing a gleaming online video review, the reviewer must have been paid off because he highly recommended it, I ordered food from Sam's Holloway and I have never been so sick in all my life, the food almost killed me I had diarrhea for two weeks and was vomiting every day for two weeks, my dog was sick too after eating some, very bad, stay away from Sam's

Would like to know, why is it that when I oder from Sams through Just Eat, it never gets delivered. The last delivery driver said he was ringing my bell even though I was at the door, no bell ringing and no delivery. Twice!! Unacceptable.

I have been charged £2,50 for a portion of rice at Sams 13 Crown Terrace, Cricklewood lane.

When I arrived home and checked, it was only half a bowl of rice - I measrued it 140g with the bowl altogether.

I went back and asked them how much should it be - they didn’t tell me but topped it up to 190g with the bowl altogether.

Food looked and tested terrible! Poor quality. I had a few bites and threw it in the bin.

I phoned ahead to order 3 chicken breast pieces because they never have breast pieces in the shop, and was told they’d be ready in 15 minutes, when I arrived at the shop I had to wait a further 10 minutes before it was ready. Dreadful service but nice chicken.

Go a way from this place special when you ordering online half is missing food cold and not like description stay away from them when you call them rude not accepting to take back or refund discusting place sams chicken peterborough

Dont go to peterboroughts sams they are sending food cooked in old oil stinks when call it they are rude dont want to give money back just avoid peterboroughs sams chiken in all cost

Ate from the Seven Kings branch yesterday and I've been to the shiitter more than 10 times in a 8 hour period with the runs.

Absolutely DISGUSTING. Ate from Sam’s Chicken Harrow (Wealdstone) and the next day I was glued to the toilet with explosive diarrhoea. Thought I’d give the leftovers to my dog (after peeling the skin off) and even HE VOMITED the next day. What kind of mutant meat are they serving???

The chicken was literally GREEN inside. GREEN. Like some radioactive bin chicken. How are they even still open?? Feels like they’re dishing out expired biohazard waste in a box.

Sam’s Chicken didn’t just serve me food, they served me a science experiment gone wrong. Never again. Shut this place down before someone ends up in A&E.

If you wanted to serve burnt offerings you should put exactly that on the menu , my peri peri wings were so burnt .

Food is good but delivery is pathetic. Delivery is NEVER on time, constantly a minimum of 20 minutes late.

Ordered firey wings instead got dried up grilled wings. Got a combo meal but ended up with fillets in a box very poor

yesterday I decided to call the phone just in case because they already know me and explained that I want the same order that I normally get that said OK no problem,
Cooked it for me I said don’t worry leave it on the side. I gave the exact time and the navigation. I know you’re not meant to make order like this but because they know me that’s why they make it.,
When I went to the store, I find out
Some of my order was given to other customers his excuse was we don’t want to make Customers wait, but am I not a customer you just gave my order to somebody else,
And then he comes up with oh we can’t just take somebody’s order from the phone very seriously sorry I don’t wanna argue he’s just justifying his mistake. I said it’s fine no problem
When he start making my order the spicy wings run out then he told me wait another 10 minutes so I waited half an hour then I waited another five minutes because they decided to cook a blaze burger on a chips fry, I even pointed that out to him. He didn’t say nothing about it. No apologies no sympathy just horrible. I don’t know if he’s having a bad day but he’s really taking it out on the Customer. Fine no problem. I asked him. Can you refund my money he said he can’t. He can give me cash. Which he took out from the tell and gave my daughter had food poisoning this morning because of that particular blaze that was cooked on the wrong fryer and took out on the wrong time., I feel like these very less trained stuff very slow,
He is from Bangladesh slightly dark skin mid built,
I also noticed which I can be wrong, when they take cash orders, they end up pressing fries or three wings when the order is really big but they tell you the price, but the money is going in the tail. I’m not sure if they’re taking the money from the till with claiming that it’s been scrapped food, you know wastage or something. I don’t know how they’re doing it because I have experience in fast food industry, and I know how these people who take companies money. It would be a good idea if you send an audit. . It would be a good idea if you send a audit who looks into those things because they might be taking a lot of the company money and if it’s a franchise, I feel bad for the owner.
Because of that behavior and very slow carelessness, many customers would wait and just walk away not being served just terrible Management terrible you need to change stuff get some fast moving stuff who actually cares and passionate about the business because those people are going to ruin a lot of business because of this.
I normally wouldn’t waste my time, writing and feedback and giving complaints, but this is my local shop and I don’t want to go down like this.

They are rubbish staff and their food avoid them at any cost. They gave me raw beef burger after tried when I complain they started arguing and it was not eatable and when I asked for chicken chips they refuse to give me and said its not good we can't give you like seriously. They are rubbish poor I will complain them at higher level
