Used to be good back in the day.
Total waste of time now. HIGHEST prices ever (overpriced in fact), yet THINNEST chicken fillets ever! They must legitimately be cutting these in 3 or 4 lengthwise, then adding (rock hard) batter to give the appearance of a fillet burger. No part of these fillets is more than 5mm thick. Not kidding. That isn't a 'fillet burger' by anyone's reckoning, & while food doesn't always look exactly like the picture, this is unrecognisable as a burger full stop. Would be funny if it wasn't a £5 plus rip off. At this rate, they'll start putting a photo of a chicken fillet between the bun - which would be about the same thickness - & then charge you a tenner!

Complete dump. If you want what you ordered then don't order from here. Forgetting drinks is one thing but dipping peri peri chicken wings in BBQ sauce to pretend are barbecue is a complete joke. Also the coleslaw is rank. Stear clear, honestly if COVID doesn't kill you this place will.

Sam chicken never disappointed us. It’s perfectly marinated and spicy and we love it. Every order received was spot on. 5 stars in FULL.

Visited Sam's chicken in tooting High Street a year ago, my experience was just horrible, then today as I am doing late shift, I said let's give it a go one more time hoping things get better.
Fries just awful, and chicken in burger was so dry and hard,(2 chicken strips in the burger were ok).
That burger meal not worth £4 quid, I really don't know how come they are charging customers £8.49.
Sorry, but myself and my colleagues in St george's hospital saying a good bye 👋 forever...never ever again.
I prefer to spend a little more and get something better and tasty.

Since changing staff a few months ago, they are offensive, not accomodating, not flexible, against vegetarian food and are explicitly rude to customers regularly. We are loyal, regular customers and get treated like crap when we enter and so much so that we rarely order from Sams Kingsbury. Change the staff back.

Terrible service took 4 hours to deliver didn’t even come had to cancel order. Ate food at midnight. Never buying food from here again such an inconvenience.

I DID NOT RECEIVE THE CORRECT CHANGE MEANING SHE WAS UP ON CASH WHICH ISNT A ACCIDENT AS I HAVE HEARD PEOPLE COMPLAINING AND I WAS OVERSEEING THIS IN STORE AND AS I WAS IN A HURRY THOUGHT THEIR BEING A MOAN BUT CAN SEE PATTERN.

WANTED EXTRA CHIPS - I said can I get large chips-she said we don’t do this I said alright just give me another portion I’ll pay for them she said-you can’t get that with a meal

I would advise to collect your order from the store. As this is not my first experience of poor quality food and customer service but it will definitely be my last! They sent half of my order chicken and no chips. After a unpleasant call they sent the chips half an hour later by that time my food was cold and my not so fresh chicken was borderline stale . He agreed to add an extra piece of chicken which also never came but they received every penny of that £30 order. Customer service is disgraceful they hung up the phone. Members of Staff shouting at me in the background telling me he completed my order which he clearly didn’t or else I would have had it! No apology they didn’t even try to resolve my issue and did not show any care. With the cost of living going up £30 is a lot of money for an over priced stale chicken and no chips and a whole lot of disrespect. Save your coins for fresh food and customer service people they said they would refund but to be honest I will not be holding my breath buy at you own risk

They gave me the wrong order and said I should call Uber eats when it was them that packed it. Nonchalant and did not care about the customer. Guys don’t order from here and plus I heard they wash their feet in the sink they wash their equipment in. Disgusting and pathetic excuse for a business.

An absolute worst chicken burger COLD and soft the only effort was the chips sad service pls customer check before taking away I drove from a distance and after telling them they still refused that they gave me a hot one not cold burger an absolute rip off sad service

The prices used to be very good the chicken was always average now they give their shop a new look and charge super high prices I stopped going there are long time ago.

If I could give it less than a 1 star I would. Don’t accept orders if you have no intention of fulfilling them. If you sign up for apps that allow this to happen then you need to speak with them

I was absolutely disgusted and and shocked by the customer service on this shop always fort highly by the food but today was shocking served by a member of staff called Ali not only keeping my change he didn’t even acknowledge if everything was ok with my order working in a food place environment I’m sickened by This experience where I threw my food away!!!

I ordered double peri peri grilled burger today.it was very disgusting 🤮 and uncooked.it was very raw aswell I did two vomittings after 2 bites .I think meat was expire too😢

We recently purchased a whole chicken and were quite disappointed. The chicken was tough and did not taste freshly cooked. Unfortunately, it lacked flavor and freshness. I am specifically referring to the location at Sam's on 14 Cricklewood Lane.

THEY KEEP FOODS OVERNIGHTS!!! DO NOT EAT THAT OTHERWISE YOU'LL GET ILLNESS AND IT TASTES AWFUL!. I WILL NEVER ORDER TILL THEY THROW OLD FOODS AND ONLY DOES FRESH FOODS EVERY ORDER MADE.
