Food is good but delivery is pathetic. Delivery is NEVER on time, constantly a minimum of 20 minutes late.

Shocking can’t get basics right never go there again will tell everyone not to bother as-well

Ordered firey wings instead got dried up grilled wings. Got a combo meal but ended up with fillets in a box very poor

yesterday I decided to call the phone just in case because they already know me and explained that I want the same order that I normally get that said OK no problem,
Cooked it for me I said don’t worry leave it on the side. I gave the exact time and the navigation. I know you’re not meant to make order like this but because they know me that’s why they make it.,
When I went to the store, I find out
Some of my order was given to other customers his excuse was we don’t want to make Customers wait, but am I not a customer you just gave my order to somebody else,
And then he comes up with oh we can’t just take somebody’s order from the phone very seriously sorry I don’t wanna argue he’s just justifying his mistake. I said it’s fine no problem
When he start making my order the spicy wings run out then he told me wait another 10 minutes so I waited half an hour then I waited another five minutes because they decided to cook a blaze burger on a chips fry, I even pointed that out to him. He didn’t say nothing about it. No apologies no sympathy just horrible. I don’t know if he’s having a bad day but he’s really taking it out on the Customer. Fine no problem. I asked him. Can you refund my money he said he can’t. He can give me cash. Which he took out from the tell and gave my daughter had food poisoning this morning because of that particular blaze that was cooked on the wrong fryer and took out on the wrong time., I feel like these very less trained stuff very slow,
He is from Bangladesh slightly dark skin mid built,
I also noticed which I can be wrong, when they take cash orders, they end up pressing fries or three wings when the order is really big but they tell you the price, but the money is going in the tail. I’m not sure if they’re taking the money from the till with claiming that it’s been scrapped food, you know wastage or something. I don’t know how they’re doing it because I have experience in fast food industry, and I know how these people who take companies money. It would be a good idea if you send an audit. . It would be a good idea if you send a audit who looks into those things because they might be taking a lot of the company money and if it’s a franchise, I feel bad for the owner.
Because of that behavior and very slow carelessness, many customers would wait and just walk away not being served just terrible Management terrible you need to change stuff get some fast moving stuff who actually cares and passionate about the business because those people are going to ruin a lot of business because of this.
I normally wouldn’t waste my time, writing and feedback and giving complaints, but this is my local shop and I don’t want to go down like this.

They are rubbish staff and their food avoid them at any cost. They gave me raw beef burger after tried when I complain they started arguing and it was not eatable and when I asked for chicken chips they refuse to give me and said its not good we can't give you like seriously. They are rubbish poor I will complain them at higher level

I have bought from them before the food was great, today when I purchased a gentleman wanted to give me chips that had been standing for how long I don't know the lady then got him to fry fresh ones, but the chicken he gave me i wouldn't even give to my dog. That's the last time they will see me that's fir sure.

Portsmouth -Speedy delivery, good food but my order is also missing an item or the meat is raw. I really like their food but I can't deal with order after order there is an issue. Sam's do better.

Visited Sam's Chicken Bedford shop and ordered Take Out. My son wanted Chicken Poppers so added 2Pcs + 2 Wings Combo, a couple of Chicken Wrap Meals and Triple Wings Deal for the rest of the family. The young lady serving me appeared somewhat uninterested and was not really helpful, though it was quite late and she looked tired. Got home and found no Chicken Poppers in the bag, now with an unhappy little boy and I couldn't go back to the shop. Called the shop and spoke with owner who immediately apologised for the error and offered free Chicken Poppers plus £10 credit on next visit. Went back a few days later, my son got his delicious Chicken Poppers and we were satisfied with the resolution. Chicken Wraps were also delicious and over-loaded with Chicken, Triple Wings Deal was tasty and the 2 Pcs + 2 Wings Combo were delicious. We thought the food was well prepared, great customer service and good value for money. Mistakes happen, staff are tired, but we appreciate the people who serve us in restaurants, especially when we believe they genuinely want the best for the customer. This incident took place in Northampton. I ordered food online and my order never arrived. I contacted the driver so many times but they were uncooperative and rude. I tried to get a refund but they refused. I'm disgusted and disappointed. I tried so many times but I never got my food. This is honestly so disappointing. Please avoid this place at all costs because the service is horrible and delivery is slow. I bet the food is mid as well. I'm so disgusted. Just go to KFC if you want chicken. Sam's chicken more like Sam's scammers.

Went to get some food at 19:30 the server was being very rude and when notified advised he is better than the customers. Felt quite uncomfortable as a black woman in the shop. The manager then offered the food for free but after such terrible treatment I would not eat here.

It is the 3rd time my Order did not come complete and the chicken is uncooked

Very happy first customer of the day. Food was absolutely amazing just as Sams should be. Staff are brilliant with fast turn around happy customers all round.

Visited Bedford Sam’s chicken shop today. Food was absolutely amazing the chicken was good! Also the staff are so kind and helpful! Best chicken shop in Bedford by far!
