Staff in north field Birmingham are aggressive , and slow to understand orders. When I rang to ask for a manager, I was told they don’t know when they will be back and what his number is. I then was passed to another member of staff who just seemed to want to pass the time and be nosy rather than resolve my issue, I was shocked to have my ear drum burst by a screeching women on the other end!!! Telling me she doesn’t care and if I didn’t pay then no food will be sent, I did not ask for this I simply wanted an apology and to know that the staff will do better next time....Disgusting customer service. Sneaky and careless with their attitude and words... won’t be back, staff are emotional and unstable.

7 pound for a 3 piece meal is absolutely disgusting, I wouldn't mind if the chicken actually tasted nice with some flavour rather than chicken what is dryer than the desert with no taste. Disgraceful!!

the worst food I've ever had in my entire life chicken tasted really bad both me and my wife got stomachache few hours after eating the meals.. worst experience I've ever had i wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

For the amount of money spent on the mighty burger one would have expected chips !! Very expensive ! Also over an hour wait on delivery ... Poor service Sam's chicken I expected better !!

Poor service, salty af chips, missing items (my drink didn't come and that's the last thing you want when you are eating fried food, try it, try & eat fried food with no drink and see how it feels) the apple pie tasted like it was fried in the same oil and the chips which is just plain nasty, the delivery driver wasn't even sure he was at the correct door, I asked for a refund and was told it was being processed, that didn't happen, I didn't & still haven't got my refund I am very annoyed, despite all this cuffuffle the wings where tasty even though the skin didn't stay on them, this was the Sams in East Sheen/Richmond

Ordered food from this place, big mistake! They sent the wrong wrap, when I called they were lovely and said they would send a new one, they didnt. I called the next day and was told they would send the wrap with free wings for my inconvenience. The wrap came with salad after I specified no salad so again I called and got told not to order from this place again and that I was wrong and had the phone put down on me so I called back and tried to address that she was extremely rude to just hear the same thing again. No apology for their mistakes. Extremely rude people work here that need a lesson in customer service. The food is overpriced and not worth the money.

This not a right place to have your meal , yess for junky food you can pop in , and price is not reasonable as compare too food.

Good kitchen! Nice food but local service is very poor. Every time when I had order was missing items.

They charged me twice via Uber eats and sams confirmed it was an error but refused to refund me. Wish I could give it 0 star. Horrible customer service.

Food was great value for money and was delicious. Not many chicken places can boast they are as close to KFC as they can possibly get.

Just ordered from the Colindale Branch-Edgware Road via deliveroo! Made my day!!!! Going to order again! Its legit better than KFC, Sam's IS DELICIOUS!

Disgraceful. I ordered food and it arrived 2 hours later. Shocking. I won't be ordering from here again. The food was cold and stodgy. and we got no explanation as to why it took so long to be delivered.

Food is not, never is, is hot - always lukewarm.
What is the point?

Had an order for delivery, realised there were 2 items missing after driver had left! Called them but no one could deliver missing items for over 20mins so I said they could just refund me for those items, 4 days and several calls later I’m still waiting for a refund........
Don’t use Sam’s chicken Watford!
Poor service and rude to customers

I made an order online (samschicken.co.uk) and I paid it with paypal. 1 hour later I called the store (351 Ballards lane, North finchley, London, N128LJ) and a girl told me “the computer is not working and I have to cancel the payment”, after she just take down the phone. now I have to write emails/messages for the paypal and the company as well - if I want back my money!!!
