I went to the one down by Holloway Road. The service was mediocre, the food was appalling, the “spicy chicken wings” lacked flavour. The chips were sloppy. Absolutely unimpressed especially it being my first & definitely my last.

Poor service, not interested in customer waiting to be served better go to KFC

I have been going to the Sam's in NEASDEN for years and have never had an issue.
Lately I have no idea what has happened food is absolutely revolting.
Order spicy wings which where pink inside clearly not cooked and tasteless and a club burger the bread was soaked in oil,and the fillet was hard.
All inedible ended up in the bin, felt quite sick from the few bites I did have.
Also the chips have got a weird taste, feels like maybe cooked in dirty oil.
I have now decided to no longer eat at your establishment, as I feel it may be only a matter before I get food poisoning from here.
End of a long time custom with you.
Also you have changed the staff and I wonder if that has something to do with it.
Well KFC will take my custom from now on.

I got food poisoning from this, had crazy watery poo and had to go hospital. Good food tho

Great customer service and food delivered quickly. The meal was well cooked and the quality of the food was excellent. We really enjoyed the TASTY food( Yammy) and would like to recommend Sam's Chicken to anyone after TASTY AND QUALITY CHICKEN.

Ordered a takeaway from here at 6.20pm. Order came at 9pm (that's over two and a half ours from ordering it) no apologies, items were missing and then when we opened up the main box, the chicken was raw, literally pink in the middle. Absolutely awful. Do not order from here!

The loaded fries are great…BUT…my son ate from sams Willesden store yesterday and was vomiting in the middle of the night and on the loo most the day. When I told the lady in there today she tried to shake her head at me and tell me no it was cooked. First off if it’s pink inside ITS NOT COOKED.. I ha dm a wrap took one bite and saw pink chicken also. They just don’t give a shhh in that store. The only person who is lovely in there is the big guy with the locks he’s really cool great customer service but on when he’s not around it’s terrible.

Overpriced and not what you want. I asked 3 piece of chicken and I got nothing but bonnie crap. I think it's time to go somewhere else. Such a shambles

I visited Kingsbury store. Found raw chicken and very small. This was the worst experience.

We have visited this shop many times ,but recently the quality of their chicken has increasingly become bad and you can tell that they are reusing/heating old chicken.I would not recommend this facility anymore.

Absolute quality. Food is ways fresh and hot. I always eat there and wouldn't go anywhere else. The chicken is amazing and always super tasty. The service is always great, friendly and professional.

Good for a fast food

I was starving today hadn’t eaten in near 24 hours and spotted Sam’s Elstree branch and paid £10 for 2 burgers and 2 fries. The fries were thick hard outside hollow inside and greasy. The burgers were thin and greasy. Imagine I was so hungry and felt disgusted at eating this junk and felt ripped off as well never again

The Woodgreen branch that delivers on Uber/Just Eat/Deliveroo gave me food poisoning.

Price increases far too often.
Disgraceful in a cost of living crisis.
Back to KFC I guess.

Sams South Ealing is a very well-run franchise, shop interior is clean and the chicken is juicy and tasty - avoid the West Ealing branch however as it's pretty shabby
