Contractor and Limited Company Mortgages
This is the second time I have been looked after by Jamie and Gemma at Seico, the first being during Covid where I needed to purchase a residential property concurrent with purchasing a B2L into a ltd company. This second time has been when both properties required to be re-mortgaged due to the large increases in interest rates.
As a contractor, the mortgage market is a little tougher than for permanent employees, as is the ltd company B2L market. Jamie and Gemma are experts in both fields and managed to navigate some pretty tricky ups and downs - ultimately saving me a significant amount on my residential mortgage and bringing my B2L back into positive cashflow.
I cannot recommend Jamie and Gemma highly enough. Super diligent, highly conscientious and extremely patient.
Yet again - enormous thanks to you both!

The staff are very kind and highly experienced
We are incredibly grateful to Matt, Andi, and Clare at Seico Insurance. We have only been in the UK for four years and are both self-employed, we really appreciated they propose the best products for us. Their responses were always prompt and helpful, making the whole process much easier.
There were a few worries and unexpected issues along the way to buying house, but Matt was outstanding in addressing all our concerns and questions as first-time buyers, right up to the very end. His extensive experience and clear, precise advice were a constant source of reassurance and encouragement.
There are plenty of free brokers out there, but their service is absolutely worth paying for. We would not hesitate to recommend them to any friends or family who might need mortgage advice in the future.
