A very poor service
A very poor service. Good price, but they deeply scratched some of our items through careless incompetence. They said they knew how to move a piano and then placed it on its back in the van!! Submitted a claim within their stringent 7 day period and then they have done nothing. Their insurers contacted us asking for information we had already provided and when I chased the insurers direct they said (two and a half months later) they were still waiting for information from Simply Removals. I sent them another letter last week - again no response. Today I've rung them up (customer service only open 10am - 4pm). Tomorrow I have to go through the hassle of county court.
