The JLR Parts Team consistently deliver outstanding service in every aspect of their work. From the moment they answer the phone, their professionalism and helpful attitude stand out. Calls are always answered promptly, and the team members demonstrate excellent telephone manner – polite, patient, and knowledgeable.
Their product knowledge and ability to source parts quickly and accurately make day-to-day operations much smoother. Even when dealing with complex or urgent requests, they handle each enquiry efficiently and with a positive attitude. Great experience at the Sinclair Group Cardiff. Bronwyn was really helpful throughout, great communication on the phone beforehand, I travelled near 200 miles to buy a car I hadn't seen, and she also offered plenty of helpful advice on the day of purchase. The car I was buying was in perfect condition and at a great price. I was also very impressed with the part exchange price offered. All in its 5 stars from me.

I feel better now than I did when I first walked in
Walked into the showroom, not feeling positive about the day. I then was greeted by a lovely receptionist who was lovely and supportive. Then sally greeted me and made me laugh. I was then greeted by two other staff who were extremely kind and supportive. I had the best latte. On leaving I had a big smile and I felt more positive about my day. The staff were extremely friendly and they placed you in a great mood and nothing was a task, they did everything with kindness and care. This is what good customer care is. Thank you to the team at this showroom. I am very thankful for your kindness, care and support today. Highly reccomend this showroom and team.

Had to have warranty work done on my…
Had to have warranty work done on my Range Rover and was apprehensive about how long it would take having read nightmare tales on the net. My advisor was Shannon, and she reassured me it was normal to have warranty work done in a prompt time. Whilst the car was with them they also did all the software updates. Shannon alleviated all my concerns and car came back, perfect, update and cleaned. Could not recommend Sinclair’s enough. Thanks Shannon

Having driven a defender for years
Having driven a defender for years, I always went to specialists. Having heard Sinclairs took over, I decided to give main dealer a chance. Was greeted and looked after by Caitlin. Not only was the experience so pleasant with the care and consideration she showed me, the experience ended up better value with their expertise not just changing parts unnecessarily. Caitlin was a delight. I will continue to use Sinclairs based on this most satisfying of experiences.
