Brilliant service promptly delivered!
My wing mirror was damaged and I took it to Cardiff Sinclair, was greeted by Sam and Stuart in Service who promptly took my vehicle into the garage and rectified all faults free of charge. Steph offered me a coffee whilst I waited. Service was incredible! Thanks all ☺️

Excellent service from Shannon. She booked my car in for its first service, called to confirm the day before and met me to drop my car off on the day. The service was completed quickly and she called to say it was ready later that day.
Shannon made sure everything went smoothly and she returned my car looking all shiny and clean. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Just bought a freelander 2 and brought it in for its first mot as the new owner. Was dealt with by a young lady called Caitlin. Was very efficient and kept me up to date throughout. Was very happy with the service I have received and the car came back cleaner than it went in which made my day.

Trinity
My car had a steering rack issue, and I was contacted by Trinity to book it in. When I arrived, I was dealt with straight away, and Trinity was extremely helpful from start to finish. She kept in regular contact, updating me on the progress, and I was pleasantly surprised to get a call saying my car was ready a couple of days earlier than expected.
When I came to collect it, Trinity met me personally, explained the work that had been carried out, and I was delighted to find out it was a recall issue and fully covered under warranty.
Overall, the service was excellent – professional, efficient, and friendly. Highly recommended.

As we entered the showroom,we was…
As we entered the showroom,we was welcomed by a lovely receptionist who made us a coffee while we we waited for a member of staff to help us.We was helped by a young man called Christian who was very knowledgable,He took me to a couple of cars to see how they felt.After trying the cars I decided we would take the Range Rover Evoke which I made a test drive in.On paying for the car I was having trouble transferring the funds on my phone,So I made the journey back down back to the showroom where Kai from finance helped us complete the transaction.I think the team at Sinclair Cardiff did an awesome job Thank you.

Our new Dender 110
My wife and I were dealt with from the start to finish in purchasing our new Defender 110. by Bronwen Harty. Despite not being able to pick it up on the first of September due to hackers closing down the whole of the network for JLR, Bronwen rang us first thing the following morning to say that we could pick up our Defender. She went to great lengths to sort things out for us, for which were are most grateful

My first experience with Sinclair JLR…
My first experience with Sinclair JLR as my previous experiences were with Stradstone and the less we say about that, the better.
All went well INITIALLY as the front desk staff are lovely. My car needed a recall and some updates. Whilst doing these they found another issue so I had that done at the same time. It needed an overnight stay as had to order the part. It then went down hill. No communication as I had to chase the progress as they didn't give me any idea when the car would be ready. There were a couple of minor issues that weren't picked up but I knew about them so I asked for a list and quotation of works needed. This was like pulling teeth. Couldn't get the emails nor progress reports. My car ended up in Sinclair's for 3 days with an initial simple update job. I'm still waiting on proper information (as the technician was getting everything all muddled up) and I'm still waiting for some of the requested quotes (there were only 4!!). I was so excited at first to see a company other than Stradstone but have now discovered straight away that in my experience, nothing has changed . I then got into my car and as I drove down the road I found my bonnet wasn't shut properly and all my settings had been changed. Aaaaaah!!
