Poor communication
Only 2 stars because of the issues I had in the first 2 weeks of having my car. Leaking fuel tank on first day that was rectified after 4 days lots of emails and phone calls. Concerned that the car was making a noise so went back 9 days and was test driven by staff and used for personal reasons and left unlocked. Got it back after chasing staff via telephone. Ruined the experience of having a new car. Did compensate me but bad mistakes made by a main dealership which I didn’t expect

Great Service
Jess really knew her stuff and was very patient with our questions - and extremely thorough. She was prompt in responding to queries and approachable, she had great knowledge of the product and was not at all pushy. In fact we chose Sinclair over a much closer Landrover dealer because of their customer service - thoroughly recommend them.

Excellent Service
The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. From dealing with our existing vehicle to our purchase of our new vehicle. The whole process was very much stress free, smooth and easy.
Mark Sutcliffe was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything. After we had test driven an Evoque at no stage did we feel pressured to purchase a vehicle.
Mark was extremely efficient during the handover process and even though there was a lot of information to give us he made us feel comfortable no matter how long it was taking. We had many questions and none of these phased him, his knowledge really was incredible.
We must also thank all the staff for being so attentive and always making us feel comfortable by chatting to us and providing beverages.

Don't trust Land rover approved
Purchased a Discovery 5 less than 12 months ago. After driving <5k it has been in the local dealership more than not. Latest was issue with breaks where car was sold with none standard parts and what my local dealership described as poorly fitted front breaks. I have contacted Ludlow who have responded to say breaks were fine when they sold it. No other response to emails. Please dont ask me to email sale manger like your other reviews as I have done that and still not got a response.

Knowledgeable & Professional Staff
The staff were welcoming (great staff uniform by the way!) and Jason Soden who handled our initial enquiry and subsequent purchase, was also extremely helpful, friendly but very professional and knowledgeable throughout. This included the multitude of questions from us on the test drive which may have tested him! All resulting in a very streamlined process from start to final purchase.

Easy, knowledgable and no pressure
Jason and the team made the experience of buying the car easy, they were very knowledgable but when didn’t know they checked and/or found a colleague that did. These are highly technical cars and this aspect really helped. Jason was responsive with everything I asked along the way.
