2nd Defender purchase. Swansea and Chey in particular have been faultless with customer service. Came to Swansea because the model was not available elsewhere due phase out of the JLR V8. Sinclair JLR Swansea above and beyond!
I've used many JLR dealers in the past and my experience at Sinclair JLR Swansea to be head and shoulders above the rest, it's only when you have an issue do you really find out how that dealer and it's staff deal with that situation and this is why I think they are the best, Lewis & Amy went above and beyond to ensure I was treated as a priority, I found this really reassuring and a breath of fresh air as I had been let down in the past by other JLR dealers.
