Worst handover I have ever had having spent £80k i was an inconvenience to them. The things I need to know i will sort on the Internet because their product knowledge is minus 100%. Luckily I was exchanging for the same model car but newer. Dreadful experience last car i buy with Sinclair Landrover.

Pleasant retail experience compared to other local dealers

The vehicle was not ready for collection when agreed, items agreed to be done were not done, more delays.
The underside of the engine had a protective cover held on with a piece of tape and when I arrived home was hanging off. The engine bay needed cleaning which I have now had done. For a vehicle just over a year very disappointing.
I have had Land Rover sports for years and this was by far the worst experience by far.

Contacted the dealer as advised in there reply and have not had any reply, again disappointing
