We made an appointment to view the car and they had readied the car for a test drive.
Our salesman was George Perkins who was a pleasure to deal with
Coffee and welsh cakes whilst we completed some pre test drive documentation was much appreciated.
Test drive was very untrusted and we were able to choose route.
We subsequently bought the car and the handover was an absolute pleasure

Grant Sanders . He has helped me through the whole process of my car being brought into Land Rover several times due to engine faults.
He’s gone above and beyond to help me . Each time Grant has ensured I have had a courtesy car, he has been so understanding due to my shift patterns in regards to picking up returning cars .
I lease my car through the NHS , unfortunately I have had numerous concerns with this vehicle but Grant has always provided excellent support and care . The latest problems have been during a difficult time due to a family bereavement which again he was so understanding about .
So huge thanks to him for all his help . Professional and kind always !

Our first visit to Sinclair Swansea and the new showroom. And what an impressive set up they have there. It is all geared to give customers the very best experience.
We were made welcome by Cameron and Jamie even though we were viewing a car to purchase from their Hay on Wye dealership. Cameron couldn’t be more helpful he went through everything in relation to the Land Rover Sport and linked with the other dealership to ensure that all was in place for our test drive the next day.
It was a very relaxed atmosphere with Jemima being chatty and friendly while she served us with coffee and Welsh cakes. 5 star experience all round.

Grant was professional and efficient as always. No complaints about the work carried out on the car.

What an absolute pleasure it was to entrust my wife’s 60 th birthday present to be delivered by the whole team at Sinclair Jaguar Landrover Swansea from Cameron to Jamie and in particular our true gent and salesperson George who helped keep a top secret from factory order 3/6 months to delivery of the stunning Seoul Silver D200 Evoque Edition right from the collection in a very special Autobiography Range Rover from our train journey to Swansea station to the short drive to the dealership he was courteous knowledgable and a true ambassador for the dealership and the JLR brand.
George even sourced a local bakery celebration cake that when revealed brought a tear to our eyes. George went way way above and beyond and I work at Solihull JLR so my wife’s and my expectations of Customer Love are of the highest calibre.
I have to say I’m a very demanding driven customer. I would say I’m very demanding but also very appreciative of excellence. We both send our sincere thanks and appreciation for all the professional effort and thoughts that made Julie’s 60 th so so special. Even Jack in parts and the workshop needs a mention for getting the Tow Bar into stock after JLR nightmare Cyber attack that grounded all production and parts.
