All staff are well trained and genuinely want to help. Our sales contact was Scott Llewellyn who made the whole process for our initial inquiry to purchasing our show model Velar stress free. There was no feeling of pressure or being rushed in fact we took several months to make our final decision. All of our questions were answered at pace and with the right level of detail. Just bought an F pace from Sinclair JLR Swansea and have to say the service was exceptional. Chey, the salesperson, looked after us from the minute we walked in until we drove our new car away a couple of weeks later.
