Very nice experience - top quality service
The salesman, Charles and the team made my purchase of a new (to me) car a pleasant experience.
For me, this was a very expensive outlay, and I was grateful for the time and assistance they gave me.
The car had been prepared very well indeed - by service team, and the receptionist was very welcoming.
They even went the extra mile and manufactured a new rear number plate while I waited to pick the car up as I needed one for my Tow bar mounted bike rack - possibly a small gesture on their part, but made a big difference to me in usability of the car, being able to immediately take my mountain bike out this weekend on the bike tow rack.
There was also a little packet of Welsh cakes left in the car for me to enjoy with a cup of tea with the family once home.

I purchased a Skoda Enyaq in July after…
I purchased a Skoda Enyaq in July after picking the car up it had a puncture 5 minutes after leaving the garage ( 6 inch nail in the side of the tyre) I had to wait 2 hours for this to be replaced and I missed an important interview.I have had the car 3 and a half months and it now has 6300 miles on the clock.I have noticed that the passenger front tyre is worn on the outside I contacted the showroom I the feedback I got was that is to be expected it’s a 2.5 ton car and this is normal my reply was I didn’t think this was normal I have had big heavy cars before and this hasn’t happened the sales person said this was normal and they have seen it on same car many times. Unfortunately they don’t point this out when they are selling you the car and tyres cost £350 each Iam not sure if this is a Skoda issue or a Sinclair dealership issue because I encountered poor service in the VW Newport branch I would not recommend Sinclair to anyone.
