I recently collected my new Škoda…
I recently collected my new Škoda Kodiaq from Sinclair Škoda Gorseinon, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From start to finish, the service was friendly, professional, and completely hassle-free.
The team especially Martin took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure I felt confident with all the features before driving away. The handover itself was smooth and made the occasion feel really special.
As for the Kodiaq – it’s an absolute joy to drive. Spacious, comfortable, and packed with smart technology, it feels both practical for the family and premium at the same time. The quality and refinement really stand out, and I’ve already had compliments from friends and family.
I’d highly recommend both the car and Sinclair Škoda Gorseinon to anyone considering a new vehicle – they’ve made the whole experience a real pleasure.

Good deal and friendly staff
Firstly I was attracted by a good new car deal I saw on the Škoda website. I arranged a visit the next day to inspect the car and was greeted by friendly and helpful staff.

A great sales experience
I was invited to a sales event with Joe Kelly at Sinclair Skoda, Swansea.
Joe was very helpful and informative and I was comfortable ordering a new Skoda Superb PHEV.
When I collected the vehicle Joe was on hand to explain any changes to my previous Superb and also following up with communication to ensure everything was good and ensured he was on hand at any time. It gave me confidence I had made the right decision

Buying a car was less stressful
Buying a car is stressful. However,
I knew what I wanted and where to go. At Sinclair it was an easy process with excellent communication, good in formation provided and a hassle free experience. The handover was great and effective and completed in less than an hour. Overall a great experience.

The whole experience was very positive
The whole experience was very positive. All the showroom staff that I had contact with were pleasant and professional to deal with. There was no issue in arranging test drives and Robert was knowledgeable and very responsive to my questions. A very smooth and enjoyable purchase. Very fast purchase and finance
We visited the Swansea dealership on the Friday after an accident while on holiday. They sold me a nearly-new car on a PCP and had everything done ready for me to drive it home to Middlesbrough on the Monday. Excellent service. The car had even been valeted.
