5* service from beginning to end
We had excellent service from start to finish, from the moment we entered the showroom we were greeted by the receptionist who was very helpful and pleasant, she greeted us with a lovely smile. We were then looked after by Adam, who was very professional, courteous and friendly. He guided us through the process of buying our car without putting any pressure on us and we really appreciated that. We would definitely recommend this company especially this branch. Superb service
Jane in Service what a lovely Lady ! Very pleasant very professional. Both girls on service desk so polite to customers while I was there. Had issue with EPC light on my used Skoda had for couple weeks they fitted me in via Charles who contacted service on my behalf (Thank you Charles) dropped car off Jane sorted loan vehicle which was fab I got to drive a different Skoda fell in love with these now why I have not had one before but so glad I own one now. Jane was superb sorting everything out so pleasant to deal with workshop sorted sensor issue out and replaced and Jane called me by 3.30pm car was ready. Superb service and the service girls are credit to this dealership ❤️ thanks to all involved. Highly recommended.

Salesman great, vehicle presentation not so good
Gerwyn the salesman was very knowledgeable, helpful and took his time when dealing with us, he made the whole purchase process very easy. The reason I have marked the process down a star is when we collected our new vehicle it could have been presented better, under the bonnet and around the bottom of the windscreen was dirty and the tyres were not very clean which was a shame.

Stress free car buying process
We saw online the car we were looking for which was the original reason for going to Sinclair Swansea. Once there we weren't put under any sales pressure and given the time to discuss, Rob was on hand for any questions and was extremely helpful when showing us the car and discussed the options. After test driving the car Rob clearly explained the purchase process and arranged a timescale which suited us.
When picking up our car, Rob again explained the features of the car, ensuring we knew where everything was and even took the time to sync our phones to the car . To summarise, would definitely recommend Sinclair Skoda Swansea, very helpful staff and overall experience.

No hard sell - just all the help you need to get what you want.
In the days of YouTube videos forensically examining and ciriticising the sometimes dubious behaviour of car salespeople, it's refreshing to buy a car where everything is geared towards the customer. I have dealt with Adam on three separate occasions and have always been impressed by his readiness to help and to 'go the extra mile'. Unfortunately, he was away on the day of the handover, but Joe filled in admirably - including doing all the technical stuff to get my phone and car to talk to each other (I'm not sure whether I'd have got past 1st base...). I'll be back again in a few years!
