Car not ready when due to collect
Car not ready when due to collect. Time was arranged with garage but on arrival I was told the car needed to go in for an MOT. This wouldn’t have been to bad if told before hand but I had to take half a days leave to collect the car because I was informed that I was not allowed to pick up a car on the weekend. Car was then not prepared to a good standard and had to go back into the garage after the MOT to address scratches that I had picked up on the test drive and told that they would be addressed. Having planned to pick up the car I thought I would have enough time to have a decent hand over. Unfortunately this was then rushed because I needed to get home for another appointment. Overall I was very disappointed with the level of care from a main dealer.

The sales person was very helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product. He made the handover a simple and smooth process. I am, however, a little disappointed in the car I purchased.

Fantastic customer service
Compared to other car dealerships this was above and beyond much better in terms of communication, acceptable fees and ease to deal with. Not only that, the people knew what they were talking about, which is more than can be said for other dealerships I dealt with during my search for a car.

First Class Customer experience
The vehicle in question was priced very competitively and was exactly what I was looking for.
The salesman I spoke to over the phone was Martin Brown, he was very honest and informed me that the only stipulation was that the vehicle had to be registered in March.
I was happy with this and I was happy with the part ex figure offered.
I explained that I would be travelling from Portsmouth, Mr Brown very kindly and unexpectedly offered to accommodate myself and girlfriend at a nearby Hotel at no cost to myself.
I have never been offered a service from a dealership like this before.
The handover was a smooth and pleasant experience, this has not always been the case from past experiences. Mr Brown was very friendly and I found the whole experience a pleasure.

Wife bought a Karoq Sportline in Feb 25 - this was our 4th purchase made at Skoda Sinclair in the last 12 years - whilst the actual sales person changed, the experience remained the same. Polite friendly and knowledgeable staff who always give you their time and patience. Never pushy or arrogant - just right ! Also, offered an excellent finance package which is always welcome, and a complimentary AutoGlym Cerafuse Lifeshine coating and product kit.
