He was just amazing, he found the car I was looking for on line, showed me another car on the forecourt in what the car would look like Dan had my new car delivered,the items I requested to be done were done before I purchased the car. Great Experience
Nav, who went through the options and specifications of the car was amazing. My partner had already bought a Polo from him, and both times we felt he was extremely nice. He doesn't rush his time with you, he makes effort to talk to his customers about their life and therefore how the car works with their life. He takes time out of his day to sit down with you. Ceri was amazing for handover, she seems like a lovely person who is very calm and knows what she is doing.
