Brand new vehicle has issues
Brand new vehicle has issues. Contacted Sinclair almost daily to get someone to contact me back.
Brand new car 3 weeks old now has faults. We got told by the technician - not a major problem. I’ll give you a ring when we can repair.

Customer care was excellent from my initial enquiry with VW Sinclair Bridgend right until after picking my car up. All the team were friendly, polite, professional and well organised. The extra personal touches of offering a drink, Welshcake snd complimentary gift when picking car up made us feel valued snd important as customers. Whilst looking for car we visited many car sales companies, including another VW dealer snd found no comparison to the customer service we received at Bridgend. This is my third car I've bought with Sinclair in Bridgend!
The staff are super friendly and can answer all of my questions.
Signing the documents is easy and hand over of the car was efficient, talking me through the new features of the car - keyless entry and no handbrake lever, as well as the set up of the volkswagen app.
Will continue to go back to the Bridgend dealership.
