Part 2 (From the 10th august) another problem
From the 10th august when i wrote my 1st review, i have just received a reply, today being 21/09/25, so great, thanks for that .
Another problem has now arisen, now the boot will.not open. I've lost all faith in this car with the problems ive had so I'm going down this week to sell back and get another car. Hopefully i will not be ripped off or at least compensated in some way. We will see...not.holding my breath though..

The salesman was extremely helpful and explained all about the car I wished to buy
Although I was looking for a second hand Touran, there were none,available within the group, but Wayne tried hard to source one.
I decided to go for a new model instead, since my Touran was over ten years old

Some constructive feedback: could have cleaned the previous owner sticker marks (boot & petrol cap), could have been clearer about how optional extras differ between years (eg. "extra airbags" (centre and curtain) included on 2024 VW Golf - but are an optional extra from 2025 onwards).
