Amazing service! Adam in Sales gave an amazing service
Adams friendly and professional manner made the whole experience amazing, he went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience and was happy with my purchase. Ive just had a baby and needed the process to be as easy and painless as possible. Adam was amazing and made the whole experience easy from start to finish. I travel 32miles to this dealership, even though I have a VW dealership 2 minutes down the road, purely because of how good they are! I’ve had all of my cars here since 2016!
You now also leave with a galaxy share bar with their contact details on, such a simple but lovely touch!
I would highly recommend!

Humans Great, Software Not So Great.
Customer care from Sinclair was excellent.
Let down by the shoddy design and build of your VW app which is a buggy mess.
It is currently giving me alerts on the app for a turn signal issue that the car doesn’t recognise and no option to update/sync/clear.
Worse the help page for the app will not allow submission of requests for help.
So the humans involved in the sale and purchase have been great. The software frustrating.

Brilliant garage, sales team and vehicles
Recently purchased a used car from Sinclair VW Newport, and from start to finish everyone involved was great. From my initial conversation on the phone with Mike who helped with the car in question, to Adam who gave me the initial viewing of the car and finally Eliot who carried the sale through and beyond pick up. Had a slight issue with the car and both Eliot and Harry were brilliant and extremely accommodating getting the problem sorted and back to me in no time at all. I would highly recommend Sinclair VW Newport for both quality of cars and customer care.

Great dealership to buy a car from!
Dave is a really lovely salesman. Polite, funny, interested in me as a person and not just as a customer buying a car. Good listener and dealt swiftly with queries I had. Although they were mentioned, there was no hard sell of any additional products which was very refreshing. He kept in touch every step of the way with the sales process and contacted me the day after id collected my car to make sure I was happy with the vehicle and had no issues. Would definitely consider buying from the dealership in the future.

A good company to deal with
A good company to deal with. All the team were very friendly and helpful and they gave a fair price for my old car. The only small improvement I'd recommend is a follow up letter to a client post purchase reminding them of the Warranty (how it works) the VW assist (where to find details) and the 14 day exchange .
The chocolate was great.
I'd be happy to recommend to friends and family.

Sinclair meets & exceeds my expectations
Sales exec Dave Skinner was my 1st telephone contact with Sinclair. I had previously made contact with 3 other Main Dealers of different premium brands both far away as Sinclair Newport, and local to home in Poole Dorset by phone and visit. It was refreshing to be able to speak directly to a Sales Exec on my 1st call in, it seems that all other dealers groups use a central remote telephone receptionist. Dave encouraged me with friendly efficiency to make a 108 mile trip to view the car of my interest, so we did, Dave and his Sales Management team plus others created enjoyable purchase experience for both me and my wife. I picked up my car 8 days later and enjoyed a 1st Class handover.
