From beginning to end the service was excellent to picking the right car for me as I was a little nervous about having the polo Jared from the port talbot took me out on a test drive and the confidence he gave me was amazing can’t fault him . Phone calls on updates were brilliant and the hand over of the car was brilliant ,explained everything inside the car gave me demonstrations on things I wasn’t sure of all in all 100% service. Great experience as always, been with VW now for the last 8 years and never had any issues with the dealership or any of the vehicles I have financed. Jared explains everything. Tho I don't always understand everything, he is patient and I know he means it when he says I can phone him if I have any questions.
Other staff have also been helpful when the car is due for a service, MOT etc. All staff we have come across have been helpful and friendly.

Nick, who I arranged my initial car viewing with, sent me a personalised video before my appointment talking me through the details of the car I was viewing and what to expect when I went in. He was so polite, friendly and helpful when talking me through the sale and kept me updated throughout the process.
He kept his communication jargon free and was super helpful in helping me understand how the finance worked and what was expected of me in the lead up to the sale.
A really pleasant and stress-free experience. I highly recommend!
