First time buying a used car from Audi main dealer
First time buying a used car from a main dealer, and it was a really pleasant experience from start to finish. From the initial phone call to arrange a test drive right through to driving away in the car, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.
Ffion, the sales representative, was absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for her—she took the time to explain all the technology in the car, including how to connect my phone, and answered all my questions thoroughly and clearly. Her friendly and helpful approach really made a difference.
The receptionist was also very welcoming, friendly, and polite, which added to the overall positive experience.

Car delivery from manufacturing plant took only 8 weeks, 4 weeks ahead of schedule. Sales rep (Ffion) was very knowledgeable about the car and helped explain the MMI and link to mobile phone for me very clearly. I now realise there are some useful features which I missed on my last car even though it was the same model!

The first I came to the showroom
The first I came to the showroom, I met Sam , it was dark outside and raining.i liked a car in the for court. Sam took me inside showed me and explained everything I wanted to know. I’m a woman on her own and wanted my son in law to check it out , he was on holiday , so I waited until he got back. When I went back I saw Kieron , he was very helpful, So I Baugh the car I wanted . An old maxim is that no plan survived first contact with the enemy. So it is not what you plan but what you do when it goes pear shape. During my contacts with Audi Swansea we had a couple of hiccups, that were overcome quickly, efficiently and professionally. I visited Swansea Audi couple of times before I ordered my car.
I Highly recommend Swansea Audi, all the staff are friendly, polite and professional. The showroom is very clean.
I have had excellent customer service from Tim, from start to finish, he has been brilliant throughout. He had patience with me ordering/deciding what to spec, he replied to all my calls and emails and kept me up to date with my order.
