Excellent, seamless purchase of my new Audi Q2
Excellent service at Audi Swansea. Tim helped me decide between buying a second hand or a new car. He was very knowledgeable, worked out figures for me. Nothing was too much trouble.
After deciding to buy my new car, Tim kept me updated with everything I needed to do and paperwork I needed to complete. He was helpful and I never felt pressured at anytime.
On picking up my new car, he went through everything within the car, registered my phone with Audi MMI and made sure I was happy with everything before leaving.
He is highly professional, completely honest and a genuinely helpful person. He checked in with me a few days later to make sure everything was ok with the car. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone wishing to purchase a car at Audi Swansea!
It was a seamless experience and pleasure to purchase my new car from him. Thank you Tim, see you when I buy my next new Audi!!

A special deal on a special occasion
They got me a great deal on a brand new Audi A3 Black Edition and gave me a good price for my Audi A3 Edition 1. Pressure free purchase.
The whole experience of the purchase was perfect from start to finish. The sales person was very cooperative and there was no sense of pressure at all. The showroom itself was very pleasant and the staff were all very welcoming. Precise details and method of payment was clear and aftercare etc was detailed and appropriate. The sales person was delightful and couldn't do enough for us. Since the purchases we have received a number of follow up calls as to our enjoyment of the purchases. The salesperson went above and beyond to help us with the purchases.
