An old maxim is that no plan survived first contact with the enemy. So it is not what you plan but what you do when it goes pear shape. During my contacts with Audi Swansea we had a couple of hiccups, that were overcome quickly, efficiently and professionally. I would have no hesitation with dealing with Audi Swansea again and especially with your representative Shaun.

I visited Swansea Audi couple of times before I ordered my car.
I Highly recommend Swansea Audi, all the staff are friendly, polite and professional. The showroom is very clean.
I have had excellent customer service from Tim, from start to finish, he has been brilliant throughout. He had patience with me ordering/deciding what to spec, he replied to all my calls and emails and kept me up to date with my order.

Terrible service from Audi Swansea Avoid
Bought an Audi etron GT, amazing car, but terrible service from Sam Jenkins and Leigh Forrester. Misinformation, ignoring emails and general poor service. Just emailing their sales general manager Jason Selby to complain. Avoid them, there are other Audi dealers out there.
