All phone calls were returned very promptly and emails with links sent to me explained. Genuine attitude to wanting me to have a very good experience and happy with my new car.

Terrible service from Audi Swansea Avoid
Bought an Audi etron GT, amazing car, but terrible service from Sam Jenkins and Leigh Forrester. Misinformation, ignoring emails and general poor service. Just emailing their sales general manager Jason Selby to complain. Avoid them, there are other Audi dealers out there.

Poor after sales service
I purchased a new Audi A1. I was not told about an important matter related to the reverse camera. After complaining, I was offered the opportunity to return the car (after just two days) but at a loss of £2000.
They need to be honest before sales, to communicate better, and to better deal with issues after sales.

A stress free, positive car buying experience
I test drove several cars here and everyone I spoke with was very friendly. Ian at Swansea went out of his way to help from my initial enquiry on the phone to trying out the cars. He is very calm and puts you at ease. It was a hard decision to make as I enjoyed my old car so much but it wasn't in great condition anymore and I wanted to be sure I found the right car. I'm really pleased with the high quality service here and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for an Audi. The cars are well priced compared with other dealerships I've looked at and a good choice of cars too.
