Professional and I would highly recommend
I’ve recently bought a California from Sinclair group Swansea. The whole experience has been so positive. Kyle was patient and reassuring on my test drive and throughout the whole process. There was a small issue after purchase which was dealt with quickly. Kyle was very professional and would highly recommend using this garage.

Awful after sales service- don’t go…
Awful after sales service- don’t go near there if you are hoping for any aftercare. Bought an ex-demonstrator VW campervan with only 300 miles on the clock - leisure batteries have never charged and I have been palmed off for the last 5 months since buying it. Never been able to use it to camp. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. If I could put no stars I would!

Fantastic service start to finish
I recently purchased a t6.1 Kombi from Sinclair Swansea. I dealt with Joshua and he was fantastic from start to finish. Friendly, knowledgable and organised. I did a 6-hour round trip to collect the van and when it’s time to buy a new one I’ll definitely be driving that distance again as the level of service from Joshua was top class. Much better than my local VW van centres.
