Transported purchase
I am more than happy with the van that I purchased. My decision was made to purchase my van at the Swansea centre after I had spoken to the sales agent. His knowledge was exceptional and he understood what I was looking for. I never felt pressured to buy a van and from start to finish I was given a 5 star service.

The customer service and attention that Jo gave us was exceptional he made buying a big priced item so easy and enjoyed the experience with us, he’s such a personable lad who did all he could for us, no customer could ask for a better experience
The day we picked up our van all the colleagues in the showroom were really excited for us, this is such a personal touch. I would recommend Sinclair group in Gorseinon to everyone the best van retailers ever.

Overall it's a good experience. I bought VW Caddy Maxi. Looked online and asked for the delivery. The day, car arrived was dirty from outside. Found 2 small scratches on the car which couldn't notice in the video.

Disappointed
Excellent staff a little disappointed after paying almost 38 thousand that I was not offered any extras like carpets or mud flaps the transporter was in brilliant condition and low mileage that’s I didn’t make a fuss .over the moon with the t6 but like I said a bit disappointed Jo the sales man 10 out of 10
