I ordered 9 dresses as wasn't sure of sizing or style. Huge box arrived with a dress missing even though it was on the invoice inside the box. I contacted the company who eventually got back to me and said that the dress was out of stock. They refunded me the money of this dress after a couple of days. I then generated a posting label and paid for 48 hour tracked through Royal Mail. This was returned to me a few days later, the reason being that there was noone at this address. It was a PO box so thought that this was a bit odd. I tried to call Sistaglam but couldn't get through to anyone. I also then couldn't log onto my account, so was beginning to get worried that I had been scammed. I eventually got an email reply which told me to send the parcel to 4 Brampton Grove, London,NW4 4AG. I queried this address as when I looked on Google maps it was a residential address but it also came up as a Martial Arts centre. My money has finally been refunded but I think only as I emailed daily to find out what was going on. I also mentioned the negative trustpilot reviews I had read.

Poor customer service, returned a dress using the return label that they’re website produced for me, sent back via tracking to find out that they are no longer at the address! Tried to email and call multiple times and had no luck and no response. So at it stands I’m £85 out of pocket. Will take this further if I don’t receive my refund and response. Do not recommend this company at all as it stands.

Bought two dresses which did not fit - used returns label in parcel. Paid £12 to send back via Royal Mail Special delivery which was returned back to me as it is the wrong address. Can’t get hold of anyone. Will report to trading standards

Disgusting service, I received the Livia Embellished Maxi Dress and it was awful quality with missing sequins. I returned and the company have now tried to return the faulty dress to me and no refund. I’m £180 out of pocket and have had to open a PayPal dispute..avoid!

I ordered a wedding dress. Am trying to return but can not get a DPD returns label as no link on the website… no one picks up the phone no returns your message and I have emailed..: 14 days to return and no one to help.

Ordered a dress, received the wrong size and wrong colour dress. Ordered another dress, was sent the wrong size and wrong colour dress AGAIN. Emailed to complain, NO response. Mailbox on the phone is full, and therefore useless. Had to pay to return the dresses, and can't get through to anyone on the phone or via email. My dress was received by Sistaglam several days ago but no word of a refund being processed!!

Please DO NOT ORDER from this website they are happy to take your money and not refund it. I have had to report this company to trading standards for false advertising or there refund status and now have to get legal advice

Do not order from this site if you are looking to return the item and be refunded. They have stated that they have refunded my order but I am still waiting.. I have contacted them via email and called but no response & their mailbox is full!
I have raised a dispute with my card company to get the £110 back.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a few dresses for choice as I am looking for Bridesmaid dresses and the girls all have different tastes. The dresses arrived within 3 days. The items were a bit squashed into one bag and they aren't cheap items so I would expect the packaging to be a bit more protective and maybe even for the items to be boxed. They weren't suitable but the quality of the material was good. The colour looked a little different to the picture, it was more beige than blush. I did send my items back and ok I did pay for tracked postage because of some of the bad reviews, but my parcel was received and the total cost refunded to my card within 5 days. Overall I would say that the service I have received was good. If I could change one thing it would be to pay for delivery and have a free return service. I will order for Sistaglam again.

Very bad experience with Sistaglam dresses. I ordered a dress twice from Next site and they were faulty. Fortunately, Next site was very respectful and makes full refund . I recommend the site( Next) not to sell this bad brand !!!!!

Didn't receive order and customer service awful

Non-existent customer service! I returned 2 dresses a month ago and have not been refunded. I have sent them direct emails, completed the contact us form and sent an Instagram message, I’ve had no reply. They charge more money than other companies for delivery AND to return items, yet no one seems to work there? Plus the phone number doesn’t even connect. I’m so surprised that Next sell Sistaglam clothes on their website as they seem such a shoddy company with terrible reviews? It’s a shame because I did like the dress I kept but I wouldn’t recommend Sistaglam due to their poor returns policy and customer service.

I can honestly say I’ve experienced the best customer service with sistaglam the past 2 days. I ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses to be tried on and needed 1 more of a size. This wasn’t showing in stock online and I contacted customer service to see if this was planned to restock. I was advised the dress would restock in December, however the lovely person helping me went over and above to check incase there was my size available anywhere. She contacted me back to let me know she located one in my size, waited for me to confirm I was available then put the dress live on the website for me to offer right away. Could not fault the service! Plus the dresses are perfect as well!

Please be very wary of ordering from this company. I placed an order on 11 September 2022 and received an email confirming the dress had been shipped. 16 days later I am still waiting for it to arrive. I emailed customer services and explained it hadn’t arrived and they told me to wait a day to see if it turned up. It still didn’t arrive and I emailed them again and received no response. I’ve also tried emailing the orders@ email address and again no response. I’ve since emailed again and received no response, so I’ve tried to call but you are unable to get through. I am extremely annoyed and frustrated as I’ve paid for something I’ve not received, furthermore I’ve had no response or explanation. Please be very careful and think twice before ordering. I can honestly say that I will never order from them again. Extremely poor customer service.

My first time of ordering directly from this company and the return experience has been very horrible. I ordered 2 dresses and one didn't fit as expected. So i returned the dress that didnt fit properly since 2 weeks now with reference no SG446288. But up till now i am yet to receive any refund. Have sent an email and still not received any response to their customer service team. The phone number listed on their contact page isn't getting through.
Please could you refund my money as i will take a legal action if my money isn't refunded by end of this month.

Ordered dress on 10/7, advised order cancelled and would not be delivered.. contact them for refund but dress arrived!! It was returned next day and it was delivered to them 16/7. Have just had the dress back again!! I do not want this dress!! Can’t get hold of anyone, emails ignore and I’m ££££ out of pocket! Contacting credit card to get recharge! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do not buy from this company, had 4 dresses and sent all 4 back and not received money back, this was a month ago, no response from customer services via email or phone, now having to speak to credit card company to do a charge back.

After all the bad reviews, My dress arrive this morning, it's s for my civil wedding and it is stunning, beautiful, really what I wanted, well packed and size was the perfect fit.
I was a bit scared after reading bad comments just after my purchase, it took the time that they said to arrive 3 to 5 days.
Quality is good the dress look like the picture and as a client I'm super happy. I will be buying again from this company.
I usually dont write reviews but I feel like it because if you really like something you should buy it from this company.

After placing an order for a dress (which I intend to wear for my prom) and then reading all the negative reviews here, I was skeptical and didn't know what to expect. I was also quite anxious because I had just spent over £100 on a dress and was therefore concerned after reading online, and even went as far as emailing the customer service team and expressing my concern who then replied to me reassuring me that returns and refunds were possible as long as it abided by their 14 day policy and no tags removed. I placed my order on Monday night and received it today (it is now Wednesday) with no problems at all. The dress is exactly what it looked like in the picture and I am pleased with how smoothly and professionally everything went despite the consistent bad reviews where people complained about the lack of professionalism, which is far from the truth as I received a confirmation email immediately, along with regular updates about my order. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

If I could five this company zero stars I would. I purchased 4 of the same dress (intended as bridesmaids dresses) at a total cost of £500. I received 1 dress without issues. 1 had a bust zip, another the sequins were falling off and the 3rd was a completely different dress to the one I had ordered. Customer service is non existent (phone calls and emails were not answered). I tried to return the dresses with a letter explaining the problems. For some strange reason they sent me back the dress that was completely different to the one I had ordered, they kept the other 3 and did not refund me for any of the dresses. I had to raise a dispute with my credit card company to write off the amount. Please don't order from this company but if you do keep receipts and photos of everything. Absolute disgrace.
