I ordered a dress, was a bit sceptical reading some of the reviews but it was exactly what I wanted and for £30 I thought I’d just try anyway. I paid nothing for postage and my dress arrived the next day by courier, it’s absolutely stunning and the quality is outstanding for the price! I will definitely be returning! Despite some bad reviews I would highly recommend!

I have called sistaglam 4 days in a row. Each time it goes to anwser machine so left 4 messages to call me back. As my return still not in my bank . Still no call back.a week later. How do you get in contact with this company!

Avoid!!!

I placed an order for five dresses and paid for next delivery, the next day delivery never happened, I contacted Sistaglam and was initially impressed as apologised, refunded my next day delivery charge and told me the dresses would be dispatched urgently. The following day I phoned to confirm the dresses had been dispatched, I was informed they had not due to a warehouse error however they would be dispatched the following day and yet again they were not.

I emailed them a further three times before I had a reply where I was told my payment was declined, it hadn’t I had paid via paypal which is also where they refunded my next day delivery charge. After me being very persistent they eventually found my order and refunded it. The correspondence from Sistaglam was without the worst I have ever experienced.
