They are the most amazing dresses, I feel so incredibly glamorous in them, and they are excellent quality. The company is very professional, and certainly not a scam. I received everything so quickly, and thankyou very much. I don't know what's wrong with these people leaving awful reviews! Obviously ordering wrong sizes, or just bitter as they can't squeeze into them. I have also sent things back with no problems, and quick to refund me. They are perfect for red carpet do's, or a very glamorous Occasion. Thankyou once again.... 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟😘

I ordered a dress over a month ago, I received an email to say it has been delivered (when it definitely hasn't), I've sent many emails to the customer services department and no one ever replies. The dress cost £125. I will be contacting the financial ombudsman as this is unacceptable. I even wondered if this was a scam site. I'll be calling them and chasing them one last time tomorrow before I escalate. Not acceptable, don't trust this online retail site.

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. Nothing but hassle.
Firstly sent my order and personal details to a stranger who messaged me. They then offered to resend the order with 15% off, I agreed (stupidly) but they never confirmed sending it out. Emailed multiple times asking for confirmation it had been sent. Ignored. Few days later received a refund notice. Responded saying I wanted the order, which they replied one of the dresses is now out of stock. I asked for an exchange, which they couldn’t do as they already refunded me the dress. I had to create a new order send them the number to discount 15% and free P&P. Order arrived today with only one of the dresses and charged full price!
Shocking customer service throughout.

Returned 2 dresses on the same day I received them (they were awful quality) which was over a month ago and still waiting for a refund. The customer service team don’t reply, scam!

Wish I’d read reviews before buying a dress for my daughters wedding. Paid £80 for it and wore it for one day, washed it as the instructions said and the colour of the lace went from navy to purple. When I asked for a replacement or refund as I can’t wear it again they refused saying no because it has been worn and washed which doesn’t make sense as I had to wash it to find out the quality of the dress is dire. I’m not in a position to be able to pay £80 for a garment wear it once and bin it. I’m fuming and will never buy from this shoddy firm again

I only gave this one star as it was the only way to leave a review . Awful awful website . Do not use . I have been trying to contact this supplier since August regarding a refund and I have heard nothing back , in fact their automated voicemail doesn’t allow you leave a message and they do not reply do any emails . £140 down and with no dress !!!! Not a great experience for what should be an exciting choosing bridesmaid dresses

I had brought a dress from here, and the dress was really pretty!! Amazing dress, however I didn’t need it anymore as the direction of the bridesmaids dress changed and so I needed to return it. The customer service department were really great and understanding in refunding my order even though it was just over the return policy as I had not used the dress at all and was literally sat in the delivery bag unused. They accommodated and processed the refund upon receiving the dress back from me, and kept communicating with me through email. 10/10 service!!

I don't usually leave reviews but felt I had to for Sistaglam after reading all the negative comments. I ordered 3 dresses for my bridesmades. I received a confirmation email immediately and the dresses arrived 3 days later, after regular updates on despatch etc. The dresses are stunning! Absolutely love them. Will absolutely buy from this site again.

AVOID DOEST EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! dont even know how this company is on trust pilot over a week ago I ordered a £60 dress dpd had no pickup request!! I've rang and rang no answer! Emailed countless times no reply and no dress for wedding lost £60 have to wait 15days for my bank to refund as this company is on trust pilot and apparently is not a scam!after all reviews this company is shocking and is one big scam!!AVOID!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service. If you have a problem it’s impossible to get ahold of anyone and they don’t respond to messages. 73.99 down the drain for a mistake on their end. Don’t use!

My mistake is I didn't read the reviews before ordering from this company sistaglam I wish I can give them less than 1 star ..they have very poor customer service.. I have ordered two dresses from them and after few days received an email from them saying the dresses out of stock and they will refund the money now it's been a week I didn't receive the refund I've been sending emails but they dont reply plus they never answer the phone calls .. its really bad and this my first experience..

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. I didn't get a confirmation email so had to email them. They replied with a confirmation after a day and several days later it was delivered.

Looked lovely except for a large pen mark. It's so obvious I don't know how they can send it out like that.

I got in touch via email and after several days of email tennis sorted out a return (I work literally 2 mins away from their returns address but was told I couldn't physically return it...which raises alarms). I asked for an exchange but they refunded me instead.

I wished I'd left it there but they offered a 10% discount if I reordered, so I did.

THEY SENT BACK THE SAME MARKED DRESS!

Now they won't return messages and I'm currently having to get my bank involved to raise a dispute.

We're left out of pocket with a dress that can't be worn.

DO NOT USE THEIR WEBSITE. CHARLATANS!

I recently order dresses from here for my bridesmaids. After ordering I didn’t receive a confirmation email, which had me a little worried but I had the dresses within 4 working days. They are absolutely beautiful, I love them. Had to send one back because I needed a different size and had a refund within a week! Felt I should write a review of my positive feedback after seeing so many negatives.

Shocking I order size 8 pink dress for my wedding for £125 and it come & was a size 18! So I got in touch and they sent me one back out, when it came it was another size 18! I emailed again saying about it and they resent another. It come yesterday and it's a size 18 again. Ridiculous I now have 3 size 18 dresses here of theres and not my size 8. Messed me about loads. Tryed calling them but dont answer the phone and emailed again no reply. Not happy at all

Avoid, avoid avoid. Took my money for an on-line order on 19 March. No order confirmation and no contact from them. After sending a couple of emails and a message from their website, I eventually got an email on 26 March advising that my goods had been 'fully dispatched'. Nothing arrived. I emailed twice again and tried their phone every day for a week. Nobody ever picked up and you can't leave a message. I opened a case with Paypal. Still nothing. Then 2 days before the Paypal case was about to be decided, I received an email saying that they couldn't process my order because it was out of stock. I requested a refund. Nothing. Paypal has just paid in my favour. So to sum up, they took my money, lied to me and it took nearly a month to get my money back view Paypal. Need I say more!

I bought a dress during the black Friday sale. Though the delivery was fast, the wrong dress was sent to me. I sent the dress back to Sistaglam (which I had to pay for as there are no free returns, even for wrong items). I also send two e-mails to Sistaglam and did not get a reply for over a week. When they replied, they said they no longer had the dress I ordered in stock.
Sistaglam did not refund the delivery fee, and in the end I ended up paying nearly £20 to receive and return a dress I did not order. This was a bridesmaid’s dress for my wedding, and the slow communication from Sistaglam has slowed down the process of finding a new dress. Do not count on them for any important occasions in your life, the service is very poor.

The sizing is terrible, and the quality is worse than I've seen on market-type stalls. I ordered a size 12 but it fits like a size 6. I am curvy but these dresses are made for very boyish shapes so avoid if you have boobs and hips!

I ordered a wedding dress from Sistaglam when it was out of stock on Next's website. The dress was delivered in less than 24 hours even in Covid-19 standard delivery!
I'm usually a size 8 and it fit me very well, only minor alterations needed to make up for my being only 5'1". I knew it was made of polyester when I ordered so wasn't expecting great quality but the beading and detail is so intricate. Feels comfortable and looks great! As someone else said, the value for money is great.
A lot of the bad reviews relate to the returns process but as I only bought the one item I haven't experienced that.

Absolutely shocking service. It has been 4 days since I have recieved a text from someone I don't know saying they have recieved my order and has got my number from the invoice that came with the dress. The problem has not yet been resolved, I am STILL waiting for a response after 4 DAYS. Absolutely fuming that someone else has received my personal information and dress. What if someone dishonest had received my dress? How long would it have taken to resolve the issue? All I have asked for is my money back!!! This a personal data breach which they are in no rush to resolve. I will never buy from these again and I will never recommend friends or family to them either. A comment has been left on their instagram account and guess what... still no response! Shocking.

I bought a dress from Sistaglam, seriously so beautiful and elegant. I love the design and the amount of hand work that has gone into making this dress as there were a lot of beads knitted on. I had looked on many websites and many stores but really couldn’t find the dress I wanted, Sistaglam definitely found me the right dress. Will be shopping here again. I think the reviews may be bad due to the quality, my dress doesn’t have amazing quality but for the price and compared to the majority of dresses being sold it is actually one of the best. Thank you!
