I would like to say how happy i am with the experience and overall customer service provided from Site Equip Ltd.
I was having an extension put in my kitchen and hired a portaloo toilet the cleanliness when arrived was amazing they offer a free service once a week.

The toilets and showers at Wickham Festival were fantastic and plentiful. They were clean and well stocked which must have been a hard task considering the amount of festival goers. Will highly recomend

Excellent company. I have used many porta loo companies over the years on my sites, but Geoff has always looked after us the best.
Always someone there to answer the phone, and get the job done quickly.

Quick service and easy to deal with company. Rates are highly competitive and within the acceptable range in UK.

1) On the day of delivery (arranged weeks in advance) you call to rearrange delivery for the following day purely to suit your own schedules.

2) The toilets stank before they were even used.

3) We had to trace and fix the leaking pipe which your employee didn’t connect securely enough.

4) The men’s toilet flusher stopped working after a very short period of time which meant NO men’s toilet for almost the entire evening.

5) On collection, your driver rang at 7:20 whilst we were on holiday - again purely to suit your own schedules.

Your reply states that matters have been ‘resolved’. Absolutely nothing was resolved. You made an apology for the driver calling at 07:20 in the morning after telling me that they start their shifts at 07:00.

For the record, NOTHING was resolved. The service and the product were completely unsatisfactory and no apology nor rectification was offered.

We have been a loyal customer of theirs for the last few years and would thoroughly recommend this company to anyone. Their staff are lovely, the service they provide is excellent, they provide good value for money and their range of products are brilliant for any event or occasion. Thank you for all of your ongoing support, it really is greatly appreciated!
