The guys at Starlight Packaging are brilliant. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for the couriers they used. Luckily I am near enough that I went and collected from them

Hello,
We are sad to see the low stars and to hear that your parcel was delivered to the wrong address. We have checked on the delivery details for your order and the address created on the label for shipment matches the shipping address you have stated for the order therefore it looks like the delivery driver has taken this to the wrong apartment. Please accept our apologies for this.

Hello,

Quality products and fast delivery. Amazing company!
I am delighted to say that this company is amazing! I needed some oval-shaped cake cases for my son's birthday and I trawled many online stores unable to find anything that had a quantity of under 1000! Finally I came across Starlight with their packs of 25 and their next day delivery option which was ideal as I needed them within two days. When I ordered, I left a note requesting a fast dispatch and they were very quickly sent and delivered in perfect time. I highly recommend Starlight, not only for the quick service but for offering realistic quantities when literally every other bakeware supplier didn't! I will definitely be shopping with them again.

Hi Pat,
We ae very sad to see the low stars and to hear that you have not received your order yet. I have checked the tracking for your order to see that the courier has attempted delivery to your address twice but unfortunately this was after your business had closed after 2pm. Please accept our apologies for this. I can see that a parcel shop pick up has been requested on your end and the parcel should be back out for delivery tomorrow to the requested location. Please do contact us at sales@starlightpackaging.co.uk if there are any issues with the delivery tomorrow.
