From walking through the front door and was met with a nice welcome and shown to a waiting area, was offered a hot drink that was mad and delivered to me, the sales adviser was very helpful and polite, mad for a very nice experience

One negative comment, the parking situation was awful, I just about drove off to a compeditors dealerships because I could not find a parking.

The Salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, the car was filthy inside and could have done with a wash outside as well as there were bird waste drops in a few locations. This was supposed to be a VIP Event therefore would expect a very clean car!!!

The Customer Service was excellent. I dealt with the Motability Advisor, Sam Auger. He was very helpful, informative, polite. He easily answer any questions l had. 5*

The sales staff were persistent and patient in their efforts to offer us various options over time even though we were unsure exactly what we wanted at the start of the buying process. The test drives were arranged easily and the test car was ready when we arrived. Even after we paid the deposit the sales staff made an effort to make sure that we were still given good service. Any delays are due entirely to supply problems. We look forward to collecting our new car when it arrives.

Painless experience. Sam the Salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were very happy with the deal reached. We expected nothing less from this company who have looked after our car for many years.

Robins Day have continued to provide an excellent service. This is our second new car with them and they have continued to work hard to listen, to find what is best for us and to genuinely make things work financially. We were dealing with the Walton branch and David Connor, who is the antithesis of the stereotypical car salesman and leaves you feeling that nothing is too much trouble. Importantly, we were compelled to return based on excellent after sales service and ongoing services. Great experience all round.
