We only sell our products via https://www.superdry.be/be-nl/ or third parties like Zalando, About You etc
Our Legal Team are aware of this website and are currently working on its removal from the web through our external Brand Protection partner.
This site is in no way affiliated with Superdry.
I would advise to dispute any charge with your card supplier.

Terrible Experience. Product returned before delivery.
Received a mail from Syperdry 2 weeks after ordering, saying the product was returned by the delivery partner. Contrary to the info from the delivery partner that they never received the package in the first place. Clarification was requested by mail but no reply so far.

Ik zie dan ook inderdaad dat het pakketje retour is gekomen naar ons en ook al is terug betaald op 27/6.
Het pakket kwam op 17/6 aan in de hub/terminal van B-post en is hierna zoek geraakt.

There was no update on the tracking of my order since 11th which suppose to deliver on 12th till today 17th Jan. In future instead of buying online I will go the store.

I was looking for a superdry jacket…
I was looking for a superdry jacket that I lost ( wanted to find the same) But unfortunately I didn’t found one in the shop, the lady in the shop was looking on the webshop hopefully to find what I was looking for. At the end I both an other jacket. The lady In the shop was so helpful, friendly and calm. Even it’s 70 km from where I live but next time I will go back there.
