10/10 for service, 7/10 for quality
The service from the shop was excellent. They didn't have a jacket in my size, so we ordered it to be shipped. When it arrived the only problem was mild stitching inconsistencies (loose threads). not bad enough to return the item, but I can see this jacket it not made to last... Mildly disappointing but honestly what did I expect for a a 100 eur jacket made in China? In 1-2 years I expect to be shopping for something with better quality...

Customer support:
I received Superdry gift vouchers for my birthday, which I wanted to use for Cyber Monday discount (practically speaking, who doesn't love discounts, right?) Apparently, I can only use the vouchers in the stores. So I called the customer support who converted my gift vouchers into online credits that I could use in purchasing products online.
Sizing guide:
Their online sizing guide helped me a lot in getting the right size without physically fitting the leather jacket that I purchased, thus saving both the store and I time (because you know, time is money!)
Price/Quality:
I think the price/quality-wise speaking the product is worth it. This is something I will be wearing for a long time, certainly worth every penny I paid for it.
Overall model/design:
I am very contented with the fitting, the style and design of the jacket.
