Have found that Seat at The Point Llandudno Junction are very helpful. Nothing seems be no problem to & that goes for the back up staff in the service areas.

10/10 service.
Went through the process of buying my new car over the course of 3-4 weeks. With being just over a 3 hour drive away a lot of this process was over the phone and emails. Darren was very informative and clued up when it came to the car and was never more than a few minute wait to answer any questions I had over text. On pickup day everything was smooth and easy going, Darren pretty much did everything for me and even transferred my private reg off the car so I didn’t have to do it in the weeks before. Overall a painless and enjoyable experience with a top bloke, would not hesitate to return despite the distance.

Returning customer to The Point North Wales. I've just part exchanged a Skoda Fabia which I bought from Skoda North Wales and then this time I decided to walk through the other door of the same building and buy a Seat Ibiza. Great service, and despite the 500 mile round trip to collect my Cupra Ateca, I would not hesitate to buy from them again. Car exactly as described and expected. Tom was hugely helpful in advance, and the handover from Laura was great.
