This isn't a review for the car as I purchased it from a lease company. This is a review for customer service from booking the car in for a charging fault for a car under 30 days old.
Car was arranged for warranty work by skoda themselves and a courtesy car was promised by skoda and the points Carl. After asking on two occasions was told a courtesy car would be available. After many dealings with the point I know a courtesy car is a pipe dream as they don't have any (they were offered to collect the car if no car was available), hence on the morning car was due in I phoned to confirm a car was available as I had took the day off to take the car in. No returned calls after a promise of one. Car after a two week wait is now sat on my drive and no further foward. After buying four new Audis in the past from this dealership I won't be returning again. For service or purchases.

overall very pleased with my first encounter with the Sytner group.
Your sales guy, Ben Goodier, was helpful and informative, without being pushy. Part exchange was fair and the Karoq is great to drive.
I wanted a genuine Skoda tow bar fitted, which caused a bit of a delay but it all worked correctly, with regular updates from Ben. Good job.

Bought a used car from them in March
Bought a used car from them in March. Arranged to collect it with a weeks notice and travelled from Bristol to collect it.
Vehicle wasn’t ready on pick up and was presented with a very poor valet wet upholstery and carpets and litter and personal items from previous owner in car.
When I got the car home I found damage to a door and scuff marks on paintwork. In my view the car hadn’t been prepared and that despite paying £500 for lifeshine treatment. Took many emails and phone calls to sort out problems. Should have spent more time looking over car but was pushed for time after late presentation and put all my faith in the Skoda Approved system. Buyer beware.
Was offered a full refund but once sorted the car is great.

Great Customer Experience buying my new VRS.
Had a great experience purchasing my new Octavia from Arthur, Nathan and the team at North Wales Škoda.
This was my first Skoda so I had many questions both about the brand and the car model. Arthur has the patience of a saint!
I love the car, paid a fair price and received a fair PX value on the car I was trading in.
Thoroughly recommended and when it comes to change, the first Dealer I will go to despite being 60 miles from home!

Excellent customer service. I did not feel overly pressured to make a quick decision that might not be right for me. I felt I was given time to explore the options. The least stressful car buying experience I have had.
