Dan stott was the reason for the purchase of the vehicle , with his help to choose the one we needed for us both and the Dog, The way he set up the car for disabled wife was great. She can get in and outa lot better than the last three cars we had.
I have had KIAs for a number of yearsand been well pleased with them but, The Skoda is a lot better in a number of ways, the ride, space in the cabin and the boot thinking of the Dog.

Dan Stott really made the whole experience so much better. Buying a car is such a big moment in your life and he enriched that experience with his enthusiasm, knowledge and customer care. It really was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They really go the extra mile for you there. This is our second Skoda and we will definitely be back in the future.

I have recently purchased a Skoda Scala vehicle & have to say what a pleasant experience it was. The sales advisor was very helpful without being pushy. There was no pressure & I was made to feel very comfortable along with a cup of coffee.

I was welcomed on my visit after I had made an appointment for a test drive of the vehicle with or without one of the sales team with me. After the test drive we got down to business of making a deal to suit us both, of which they did not want to proceed unless I was fully happy with the car. To which I felt comfortable to proceed with the purchase with a very obliging salesman answering or getting answers on any of my questions. So I was happy to make the purchase.

Received a phone call from Skoda North Wales asking if I was thinking of exchanging my car and if interested to call in for chat. Made an appointment and salesperson showed me a new car that was in stock and we agreed a p/x price for my car and I took delivery four days later. Very efficient service and the financial details were explained clearly.

This garage is really good friendly staff all around Ben the guy I dealt with was so nice and went out of his way to make sure I got my car before the lock down and when I took the car back this week out of no choice of my own I dealt with Ben once again and he was excellent thank you guys for a great service and support

Sold my Skoda Superb to Sytner Group in Llandudno Junction recently. Very happy with the service from Jordan and the team, it couldn’t have been easier and the price offered was very competitive. Would recommend trying them to sell a car even without a trade in as the whole process is considerably more professional than the likes of WeBuyAnyCar etc. When I’m next due a change of car I would consider buying from Sytner Group; on this occasion they didn’t have the car I wanted in stock but they made the effort to double check for me and look in group stock too.

Would like to say thank you to Dan Stott for the help he has given me in picking a new car. Service was excellent nothing was too much even when I changed my mind a couple of times. And to cap it off he remembered my coffee order. No hard sell. was approached in the showroom and ask if I needed any help which I appreciate unlike most places where your left to look and hunt for someone to talk to . We met with our representative at the centre who walked us through every aspect of the service we would be receiving, the gentleman appeared to go above and beyond his duties to make sure we understood and to ensure we were comfortable during the waiting period, a few issues arose with the vehicle but he kept us updated throughout
