Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Ben and Nathan really listened to what I wanted and got me what I wanted. I’ve bought 4 cars from this group now but this was my first Skoda and based on the service and how much I love the car, it will be the first of many.

Simplicity of byeing a Skoda karoq
Excellent, we came down for a quick look at a karoq and met Lee Davies. Very helpful, sorted out a test drive in a karoq that just came in. And the rest is history, the hole team works well very.

Motability service was great
Motability service was great. As we were swapping cars during the restrictions we thought it may be difficult. Apryl led us through the process and was very reassuring. She answered all our questions. Because we couldn't test drive it was a leap of faith to choose and Apryl took most of the stress out of it. Due knew her way around the cars, had all answers that we needed. An excellent service allround. Thanks

Although not buying a car having recently picked up a Scala can I just say how pleased I was with this dealer. I am on holiday and was finding my new car very confusing. I think the sales person was Jason he showed me how my sat nav worked and set up my phone something my garage wouldn’t do. He didn’t have to go out of his way but was very enthusiastic and only let me leave once I could get to our self catering cottage. Thankyou

Poor should have been better. But not bad.
Excellent service before arriving to collect the car. Good service on collection but....
I had to return trade pates when the sales team should have done that
Failed to provide breakdown information
Fail to provide warranty and products associated to shield purchase.
These issues are still unresolved.
Not keen to recommend a process whereby a remote sales man who earns the commission who then hands over to garage for hand over of the car.
